2.1 ADMISSION
This is the initial process supported by our higher education management system.

The Admission process starts with a definition of programmes offered. Requirements and ranking criteria use any number of data points.

Candidates accounts are created via schools or individually. Students can only apply for programmes if they match the requirements. The selection uses the Gale-Shapley algorithm of stable matching.

FEATURES

A customisable set of data points for candidates’ assessments.
Programme quotas can be split into different candidate subgroups.
Requirements defined via a simple query language and visible in natural language for candidates.
Ranking can include local preference based on anonymous candidate ​information.
Continuous monitoring of application results allows higher education institutes (HEIs) to modify their outreach activities.
The selection is based on the Gale-Shapley stable matching algorithm.
Post selection admission pool to let the institutions find candidates to replace students who do not decide not to take up offers of a study place.
