Our university management system PCG Academia gives each college the opportunity to combine different areas of university administration in one point. One element of the system is the timetable. The system supports the user in avoiding errors such as double-booking of rooms or lecturers and registers, e. g. to respect a certain number of hours.
Implementation of such a system allows us to standardize various university processes and combine communication on one platform.
In order to present the system in more detail and to give employees the opportunity to test it themselves, we organised a three-day workshop at the Brandenburg University of Technology at the end of October 2019.
The basics of our comprehensive university management system had been presented at the previous meeting.
The workshop helped us to get a detailed understanding of the lesson planning system and all related educational functions. The aim was not only to show the TH Brandenburg team the system, but also to give them the opportunity to try it out.
This system is a perfect complement to other administrative functions. Individual accounts can be created for each student and lecturer to facilitate their daily lives. During this workshop, communication with students, entering test results and managing your own event plan were presented.
For us it was important not only to demonstrate our system, but also to recognize the specific needs of our customers in order to design a system optimized for their needs.

From May 13th to 15th PCG Academia took part in the Going Global 2019 conference in Berlin. The conference, organised by the British Council, attracted almost a thousand leaders in Higher Education from around the globe.
We were able to talk with many representatives of higher education institutions, their organisations and governments from Africa, Asia and Europe.

The conference allowed our team to take part in lectures and presentations that showed the growth, diversity and richness of global higher education. We were happy to see that many of the topics discussed at length (e.g. 4th industrial revolution, universities social impact) are well represented in the current development of the PCG Academia toolbox.

At VM.PL we not only speak German, learn German but now thanks to our new client, TestDaF-Institut from Bochum, we are going to TEST your German.
In September 2017 we started our cooperation with g.a.s.t. For over a dozen years they have been preparing language exams in the traditional form – paper. But due to the widespread digitization and changes in the expectations of recipients, the association decided to modernize its model of operation. In addition to high technical competences, the decisive selection criteria were our good knowledge of the German language as well as many years of experience in creating similar products. In the Portfolio, we have projects such as digital diagnostic systems for Polish clients (including New Era and Pearson).
Together with the developers from Bochum we created a platform for developing, implementing and evaluating tests to check the level of language in electronic form. At the same time, we were also developing other digital educational products for the client – an e-learning platform for German. Thanks to cooperation with us, g.a.s.t. managed to achieve the intended goals of the project so far and has a guarantee of its further stable development.
The examination system created will automate the entire work of the association, and for examinees the whole process will become more convenient. At the same time, additional digital educational products developed by us will provide users with a higher quality of language learning.
