E-learning platform based on Moodle
Our task was to develop a free e-learning platform for The Marshal's Office of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, with 12 free online courses for approx. 700 people.
The entire platform and all the courses fully meet WCAG 2.0 specifications and other government requirements. The platform was created on the basis of the free Moodle e-learning platform, but has been largely rebuilt to adapt it to the strict requirements of the office. We also designed and developed a fully responsive graphic template and prepared a full Polish translation and extensive platform user manuals for each type of user.
Then we integrated this platform with the office AD. At the end of the work, we performed complex performance and security tests, thanks to which the entire solution is fully stable and secure.
The first 6 prepared courses are aimed at making electronic services popular among society, supporting contacts between the society and government offices. That is why e-learning courses on the basics of e-Administration, access to public information, regional office portals and the nationwide ePUAP system as well as the use of electronic signatures were initiated. The next 6 courses were created exclusively for government office employees and concerned electronic signatures, the internal document handling system, data protection and legal aspects of the implementation of public tasks by the offices.
Along with the changing laws, this platform has been constantly updated by us for almost 5 years.
Currently, several hundred users have used this platform. The voivodeship office constantly uses this portal, also building its own e-learning courses, e.g. introducing new employees to a job position.
