CASE STUDIES

The system consists of 3 products that have been provided up to now:

A diagnostic system designed for kindergartens in Poland. It was implemented in over 30 kindergartens and was used by over 6 000 users. It acted as part of the electronic grade book so that end users (teachers, principals, parents) could have everything in one place. The preschool diagnosis consisted of a set of questions answered by the teacher while observing each child. On the basis of this information, the system generated a full descriptive report of all developmental skills of children and compared them to other children. Children's progress was also analysed. The teacher could share the prepared report together with a short feedback questionnaire, with the parents. He could also download all reports in PDF and print them to be easily attached to the documentation of the ongoing didactic process.

This is an extensive diagnostic system that allows schools in Poland to conduct mock exams at every stage of education. This system, unlike other platforms of this type, has accounts for both principals and teachers. Principals first order the necessary number of tests for each type of exam, and then the platform provides teachers from their school with all the necessary materials to conduct mock tests. Teachers conduct mock exams at school and enter the results into a system that generates many complex reports summarising the results obtained - the state of knowledge and skills of each student. Additionally, this system generates complex reports for the class and school, comparing the obtained results to other students in the class, school and the entire population. The reports also contain detailed guidelines as to which areas the student should complete before taking the exam in order to obtain higher results. This system is used by several hundred principals and tens of thousands of teachers. In addition, the system already has around a million records with student results.

The diagnostic system whose main goal is to enable teachers in Polish schools to carry out an educational diagnosis in each subject, both at the beginning and at the end of the school year. Thanks to this, the system generates complex reports, collecting the obtained results of students, comparing them to other students of the class, school and the entire population. In addition, this system allows us to analyse annual, two-year and three-year progress, thanks to which both the teacher and the student can monitor the acquisition of the necessary knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis (periodically) with regard to the core curriculum throughout the entire education stage. This is very helpful as the student can fill in the gaps on an ongoing basis.

Currently, several hundred thousand teachers use this system. The system already has several million records with student results.

Currently, we are still cooperating with Nowa Era, constantly developing the PRE Diagnosis and Subject Diagnosis. So that the publishing house could provide schools with diagnoses easier, but also so that teachers and students could conduct these diagnoses more easily and receive more and more valuable reports, and thus constantly increase the quality of the teaching process.
